Join the fastest growing youth sport in the country.  This 7-practice/6-game season is held on Sunday's. This is a 5 versus 5, non-contact league for all boys and girls in Pre-K through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.  Our league is & has been for the past 8 years affiliated with NFL Flag Football.  While we support all youth sports initiatives, our league is entirely focused on the kids and the sport of flag football itself not to prepare players for tackle programs or serve as a pipeline for other programs.  Our league is independently dedicated to the growth and enjoyment of flag football as a standalone, kid-centric environment focused on instruction, teamwork, and the unique strategy of the flag game.  While we began as league with families mainly from Elk River, our players come from across the Central Minnesota region including Rogers, Zimmerman, Otsego, St Michael, Albertville, Ramsey, St Francis, Big Lake, Delano, Mora & more.

Games take place between 10:00am - 7:00pm on Sundays (subject to change). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Younger divisions typically play earlier in the day.  Players receive an NFL Flag Football reversible jersey and flag belt which is theirs to keep!  There are no try-outs! Everyone is welcome & participates! Our league relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. We will provide several resources. to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season! We try to place players on teams according to grade & school to hopefully have classmates playing together.
